Tania is FCCA qualified and has enjoyed over 25 years in practice and consultancy across a diverse customer portfolio, including service industries and FCA regulated entities, joining Red Apple  in July 2017.

Operations Director

Liam graduated from Swansea University in 2009 with a degree in Actuarial Studies. Liam joined Red Apple in 2010, joining the senior management team as the Head of Finance in 2013. In 2017, Liam became Head of Operations for Red Apple Finance after  being project lead as well as the functional architect for the software platform.


Commercial Director

Having held a variety of senior executive positions, Donna is now the Commercial Director of Red Apple Finance, based in Cardiff. She brings considerable experience of leading customer centric services and creating innovative and dynamic work cultures. She holds a MBA, a MSc in Organisational Development and is FCipd and MCiH.


Admin Assistant

Brydie joined Red Apple Finance in November 2018 as Administration Assistant. Brydie assumes responsibility of the Client facing side of our business and ensures that our client receives “one-touch” service for all their needs. Brydie has a wealth of experience in administration and customer service having worked as a supervisor for a popular coffee chain and various administrative roles within the health sector.


Customer Service

Amy joined Red Apple Finance in December 2018 as a Customer Service agent. Amy has a degree in American Studies, including a year of study at the University of Southern Mississippi. Amy has over ten years’ experience in customer services and administration, in multiple industries with a wide range of roles, including complaints handling, business development, back-office administration and technical support for Sky TV and The Royal Mint.
